End-to-end: Flutter mobile app, Next.js admin, Supabase/PostgreSQL and FCM for backend and notifications—delivered end to end, solo.
Tech decisions
- Flutter and Next.js as separate client surfaces with a shared data and permission model, operated from a single operational backbone.
- Supabase (PostgreSQL, realtime) and FCM for scalable notifications and data flow, tuned for stability under load.
Results
Reliable operation during the summit, with a Next.js admin that improved on-site operations and digital workflows.
